By creating an account or using Kendr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Jodana LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Kendr is a web-based SEO client management tool that allows freelancers and agencies to manage client token budgets, plan deliverables, monitor backlinks and citations, track keyword rankings, and share reports with clients.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise misused.
Kendr offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not review or endorse Your Content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Search Console, GA4), Ahrefs, keyword.com, ClickUp, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
All rights in the Service, including the software, design, trademarks, and content we create, are owned by Jodana LLC or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than as necessary to use it as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodana LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data sourced from third-party APIs (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, keyword.com, etc.).
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Termination permanently deletes your account and all associated data.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
