Unified Task View

Plan items become tasks automatically.

When a plan is active for a client, every service on it appears in the Tasks view with a due date equal to the period end. No double-entry, what's planned is what's tracked.

Plan items as tasks: every active deliverable from every client appears in one unified list, no separate logging required.
Manual tasks: create standalone tasks with title, description, client, status, priority, and due date, for anything that isn't in the service planner.
Filters: filter by client, status, priority, or source (plan item vs manual). Free-text search across all tasks.

Kanban Board

Drag tasks. Status updates instantly.

Switch to the Kanban view and manage status by dragging cards between To Do, In Progress, and Done. Or click the status dot on any task to cycle through states without opening a panel.

Draggable cards: drag any task between columns to update its status. The column highlights when you hover over it.
Dot-click cycling: click the status dot to cycle To Do → In Progress → Done without opening an edit panel.
Undo on complete: marking a task Done fades it out after 3.5 seconds, an Undo button appears during that window.

Stats & Overdue Tracking

Overdue tasks follow you around the app.

The stats bar at the top of Tasks shows open, overdue, due this week, and done this month. But the overdue count also appears as a red badge on the Tasks nav item, visible across every screen without opening the Tasks tab.

Open tasks: total incomplete across all clients at a glance.
Overdue badge: a red badge on the nav updates immediately when an overdue task is marked done, no page refresh needed.
Due this week: surface what needs attention in the next 7 days without manually sorting by date.
